Fibre Fuelled Food

What better place to start our journey into the holy grail of tips and tricks, than with everyone’s favourite past time - food! What we are putting into our bodies has a massive effect on our overall well being, and the success of your Boombod program! Each Boombod sachet contains 1g of glucomannan, which with an energy-restricted diet, helps with weight loss! So load up on those high fibre foods while completing your 7 Day Challenge to maximize results!

One of the most common questions we get asked on a daily basis is “what should we be eating with Boombod?” - but it’s also important to think about what foods you should be trying to avoid. As much as we all love chocolate cake and chicken nuggets (I mean they come dino shaped, how can we resist?!), they aren’t exactly the best foods to be eating on a regular basis. Want our advice? Kick the 🍗 nuggets to the curb, and stick to healthier options, be sure to portion properly and eat a high fiber foods--  at least while you’re doing your #7DayChallenge!

There are LOADS of high fibre foods you could choose from, and the recipe options are pretty much endless! Not sure what to eat for breakfast? Try using your favourite Greek yogurt and adding in raspberries and rolled oats - now that’s some fibre filled goodness!

Let’s Get Movin’

You guessed it, our next tip is centred around exercise! It’s been a long day, or even a long week, and you do NOT feel like going to the gym. We get it, you’re tired and that new Netflix true crime doc seems WAY more appealing than an evening workout. BUT, you’re on your Boombod journey, and if you want to make it count, getting in some cardio is definitely a great way to go about it!

We get it, not everyone is a gym person, and staring at treadmills can be less than exciting! BUTTT… there are countless ways to get moving, without having to go to the gym.. Try signing up for a zumba 👯class, going for a hike with the girls, or even taking your adorable 🐶 on an extra long evening walk/jog. Check out some of our at home workouts, they’re a sure fire way to get your blood pumping!

Hydration 💦 Station

That’s right ladies and gents, our next tip involves.. Drum 🥁 roll please…. WATER! We literally cannot stress this enough, water is probably the most crucial step in making the most of your Boombod! It’s not only great for your results and your overall health, it’s what activates the product! Each shot is meant to be mixed with ¼ of a glass of water, and then followed with a full glass of water. However, it definitely shouldn’t end there! Best way to kickstart your Boombod journey? DRINK! DRINK! DRINK! This step is SO important, we even wrote an entire separate blog about it - never skip water day, Boombod’s orders 👊
