We totally get it, losing weight is not exactly easy, and with unhealthy options all over the place, giving in to temptation is all too common. Plus, junk food is often cheaper, faster and packed full of flavor (even if it is of the artificial variety). So, let’s be honest sometimes.. (more than we care to admit) we take the cheesy way out 🍔and we LOVE every second of it, while we’re eating it…

But, what about after? When you’re sitting there, feeling full and tired, having eaten a cheeseburger the size of your head. We all know the feeling, the junk food coma. It’s never too late to make a change, and here at Boombod HQ, we like to start one week at a time. 

So...What IS The Boombod 7 Day Challenge?

We’re all about supporting our Boomsquad, and giving you all the tools to maximize your results while on your weight loss journey! Whether you’re an avid Boombod user/lover, or you’re ready ready to give it a go, you’ve probably heard of the #BOOMBOD7DAYCHALLENGE. 

SO, here are the challenge deets! For the entire 7 days, while taking your Boombod shots, we challenge you to give up ALL unhealthy snacking and bad food.. no cheeseburgers, no chips, no chocolate cake from grandma, NO naughty foods. See why we call it a challenge, now? 😉

Junk Food

We know what you’re thinking, it seems impossible to completely give up all junk food for an entire week. It can be daunting, and we totally get that. However, it is a LOT less daunting, with Boombod by your side. 🙌 Get ready, we’re about to give you everything you need to succeed at the #7DayChallenge! 💪

Making This Week Count

Congratulations!!  🎉🎉 You are one of the ONE MILLION people who have embarked on their Boombod adventure! Your Boombod has arrived, and you’re SO close to getting started. 

Each tasty 10 calorie shot contains a natural fiber and a unique vitamin blend that works to reduce your appetite and is clinically proven to aid in weight loss.* It works by leaving less room in your belly for food, reducing your appetite, and helping you eat less. Drink Water

Another suggestion is to have several pre-filled water bottles in the fridge, as it’s super important to follow each shot with a full glass of water, and drink loads of water throughout the day. Having bottles ready in the fridge saves you time, and serves as a reminder to DRINK.THAT.H2O!

Boombod Breakdown

Monday morning has arrived and you’re ready to kickstart your Challenge! Get your glass and a pre-filled bottle of water. Now, you’re all set to grab your sachet and get to mixing, but which one do you take first? Not to worry, we’re here to help! 

There are three different sachets, one for each shot of the day. You have a morning, afternoon, and a nighttime sachet, all of vitalize your journey in different ways! Take a peek below to see how each one of these wonder-filled packets works 👇

Boombod Weight Loss

The Morning shot - just like breakfast, is super important for starting your day off properly. It offers a natural source of energy, allowing you to start your day feeling refreshed. It also aids in boosting your metabolism, and contains all sorts of goodies like Iron, Magnesium, Vitamin C and more!

Now we don’t know about you, but by the time lunch comes around here at Boombod HQ, we’re starving and ready to eat everything in sight! This is where your afternoon sachet comes in, as it will help you keep that appetite at bay, and stay out of Karen’s plate of cookies she brought for the third week in a row.
